The pickled trout is spectacular
The very pleasant dining room is on the top floor, overlooking the busy Plaza de San Martin. The staff are friendly, efficient and fast, you can not ask for more. Food was good, however, if you're like me, and are crazy about this type of cooking and preserving of pickling, as old and as tasty but unfortunately quite forgotten, c, this is for you !The pickled trout is spectacular, brimming with flavor, as modest in price (9.80 €). That alone is worth the visit
