A typical small neighbourhood bar, very close to the Plaza Mayor. Friendly, local cliente. The specialty is the roast pig snout, not to all tastes, but if you like offal you'll have a great time here. Kidneys with sherry, stewed tongue, etc ... don't miss out on the great potato salad, either.
