Jean-Philippe Foucat is the chef of this unique restaurant where you can find everything on the menu except meat. Except for a foie gras starter, the restaurant bases its entire menu on food from the sea. It is normal because we are in Saint-Malo! The star of this restaurant are fish and shellfish. Red Endive accompany all kinds of seafood that parade before they eyes with all the flavor of the world.
