1 review of Lincoln Square

A symbolic wonder

This small square, which lies close to Peter's Square, is simply a symbolic wonder. It has been developed into a site to celebrate the history of Manchester, so you can see a huge statue of Lincoln, featuring the letter of thanks he wrote to the city during the War of Secession. You can also see the bee, the symbol of the Manchester development industry.
