Channels in the English Countryside

Undoubtedly, this is one of the most enjoyable and attractive parts of this town, but at the same time, it's one of the least known. I knew students who studied there for a year and didn't know the channels existed. The walk is beautiful, full of nature, tranquility, ducks, stunning homes and you get to see a different side of the area. Historically, it has a logical explanation, given that the channels went up to Birmingham. It was the most effective way to move large loads from one area of ​​the country to another, without temporary or unexpected streams. In fact, there is a theory surrounding the channels that ties to some of the major prehistoric monuments in southern England, like the stones used in construction in the middle and northern areas of the country, like Stonehenge.
