Maggie’s Bed & Breakfast

Close to Loch Lomond and Inveraray Castle near the castle, this bed and breakfast is located in Furnace, a village with only about fifteen buildings, including the pub, which seems to be the only source of entertainment for the people of Furnace. During our visit to Scotland, we primarily stayed in B & B's in the country, and each village - however small it may be - has a pub!

Maggie's B & B is run by a great lady named Maggie who is very friendly and talkative, who served us a hearty Scottish breakfast in the dining room overlooking Loch! We spent the night in a very nice double room which had a beautiful view of the Loch! We booked that room through Information Point, but you can also book directly from the website.
