Clean and crystalline water
Mazagarrobo Beach or Tajo de la Virgen is on the Old road N-340, along with Penoncillo and Calaceit beaches, which are separated from each other by rocks. The beach is usually pretty lonely compared to others, I guess it must be the lack of services such as a snack bar. It is about 1.5 km long and 20 meters wide, although the sand isn't fine and golden the water is always clean and crystalline. To get there by bus take the Intercity from Malaga to Nerja.
