Enjoy the View
McCrackens Rest is a viewpoint and rest area on Southern Route with panoramic views of the Te Wae Wae Bay. Perched on the edge of the cliff you can enjoy breathtaking views of the sea. It is one of those places where everyone should stop their journey to take a moment to enjoy the view, and of course take that classic photo in front of the sign. This is on the south coast of South Island New Zealand, ahead of you is the sea and beyond that, Antarctica.
