Mechón de la Xana - Faedo (Cudillero)

Mechón de la Xana is a small waterfall that is behind the mill in the mountains of Faedo (Cudillero - Asturias). The scenery is wonderful - the forest, the pretty mill, the small waterfall and the lake .... amazing! It should only take around half an hour, but it will take longer because the landscape surprises you at every turn and the shutter of your camera will not stop clicking. The path that leads to the Xana passes through a native Asturian forest with chestnut, pine, beech and oak trees. It's a beautiful route that ends when you begin to hear the sound of water and glimpse the mill. Just behind is the waterfall and my photos show the wonderful landscape around here.
