Megalo Bar

Megalo is a small friendly bar in the Bastille neighborhood, located across the street from Lappe, a semi pedestrian street with lots of bars and restaurants. For Parisians the neighborhood is very popular for drinks and it's full every day of the week. They have a happy hour until 9 pm, pints of beer are 4 euros and cocktails are 5. There's a very good cocktail called the tetard which is a mixture of vodka and mint, a bit like a mojito but vodka based. The music is good but maybe it's a little loud to talk. I liked the decor, it's non-smoking, the servers were very friendly, we had happy hour
