Rameses II

Memphis was once one of the most important cities in all of Egypt put the passing of thousands of years have unfortunately left us with very few traces of its previous grandeur. What remains now is an open-air museum which shows off some statues and traces of the city, many of which bear interesting hieroglyphics.
