Twice a year, a Christmas and Easter, Santa Pola is transformed, going back in time to the medieval era! The village is filled with life and joy, with thousands of ointments, medicinal plants, crafts (ceramics, pillows, jewelry, bags ...) and of course the food: cheeses, Iberian sausages, hams, thousands of cookies, cakes, muffins ... amazing.
