Path of the thousand-year-old olive trees

This route lies in the town of Canet lo Roig, to the north of Castellon de la Plana, in the Bajo Meestrazgo area. It's a town that lives off the olive industry, like most of the regions.

The proposed intinerary goes by olive trees, carob trees and almond trees until ending up at the beautiful Santa Isabel chapel.

Distance: 5.5 km.
Duration: about 1 hour and 20 minutes
Difficulty: low
Beginning point: the wash area and Font del Canal
Ending point: the wash area and Fond del Canal

Path: we start at the wash area and Font del Canal. We'll head towards the Santa Isabel chapel's ethnological complex, crossing the Els Ratxos, where we'll see magnificent thousand-year-old olive trees. You'll see the entrance to the town on the map with the thousand-year-old-olive path taking you there, in front of Calvario.
