Mindo Cloud Forest

One hour from Quito, you can find a place where you can go rafting, horseback riding ... there are also some waterfalls that you can see if you cross from one mountain to another in one of the baskets. It is a place to spend the whole day and the activities are very reasonably priced (there are lots of weekend activities). I only had time to see one of the waterfalls because I was only there for one morning (the nearest one is a half hour walk round trip from where you left the basket). You can also enjoy a leisurely coffee for a dollar, watching the different varieties of hummingbird that exist
