Montaza Palace

In Alexandria, Montazah Palace was established as the summer residence of the royal family with Italian gardens with pine trees. Built in Turkish style by the Khedive Abbas Florentine II and used as a hospital by the Red Cross during the First World War. Very pleasant to stroll through the gardens, open to the public, but the interior is currently closed to the public.
