Monument to Rodrigues Sampaio

This monument is in Largo Rodrigues Sampaio, opposite the Mother Church of Esposende's main facade. It's a bust of Antonio Rodrigues Sampaio - a politician and one of the great figures of nineteenth century Portuguese liberalism (he was born in the municipality of Esposende). Set in a small yard, in the center is a stone pedestal with ornamentation.
