Museum of the City

The Maritime Engagement House is located in the Plaza de la Restauranción, just in front of the Church of Our Lady of the Remedies. It is a two-story 70's building, in which the dome stands out, and in front there is a niche with a statue of the Virgin de los Remedios. The Fishermen's Mutual was founded in the eighteenth century, and since 1943 has housed the Museum of the City, where you can visit the archaeological collection and ethnographic collection, some temporary exhibitions, and a library.
