Museum of the Risorgimento
The museum is one of the most important institutions devoted to the history of the Italian Risorgimento and artifacts ranging from documentary evidence of the campaign of Napoleon I in the year 1796 to the facts of the 1st and 2nd world wars. The artifacts collected here include, for example, printed publications, manuscripts, portraits, journals, private acts and decorations, flags, maps and military uniforms and a section of handguns and firearms. The museum houses anarchive with photos that acts as an important testimony of the events of the world wars.
