Osteria Francescana

In 1995, this restaurant opened in Modena. It is now considered the fourth best in the world by international critics. The chef Massimo Bottura, is a disciple of Ferra Adria. In the restaurant there are 3 types of menus: the "traditional" uses the best products of the region of Emilia Romagna, the tasting menu and an innovative menu with Bottura's most recent creations. The property is very quiet and the food is more than pleasant. The chef is very nice and fun to talk to. A visit to Modena is worth it if only to eat at this restaurant.

Food is simply amazing, I can’t describe it; the fusion of traditional food and ingredients with molecular cuisine will let you astonished.
