Our Lady of Incarnation Church

In the upper town of Alhaurin el Grande, you can visit the Church of Our Lady of the Incarnation of the town of Alhaurin el Grande. The history of this church dates back to the incorporation of the town into the Christian kingdoms in 1485. It retains only some details, like the Gothic vault under the tower. In the nineteenth century, the style of the Church was changed to neoclassical. The Nuestra Señora de la Encarnación, patroness of Alhaurin el Grande, is worshiped here.
