Ermita de las Alegrías

Going up the road to Water World, above the Santuario de Sant Pere del Bosc, is the tower of the Ermita de las Alegrias. From its construction in 1079, until 1522, it served as the parish church of Lloret de Mar. The old Romanesque bell tower and square and frescoes of Calandria have been well-preserved, and the roof and the second floor double windows were part of the twentieth century renovations.
