Works of great masters

Located in the four sources near the Trevi Fountain, it houses the National Gallery of Ancient Art. The museum, which occupies most of the first floor of the palace, hosts the great masters of Italian and foreign painting in the sixteenth and seventeenth centuries, with particular attention to the works of Caravaggio and Raphael. Open Tuesday to Sunday from 8:30 to 19:30. Admission is 5 euros, half price for children under 25 and free for children under 18 and pensioners. The subway to get to the museum is Barberini, line A. The Barberini family was fanatical about seventeenth century art and began collecting art, paintings and sculptures.
