The excursions which leave from Bayahíbe to Isla Saona, usually use two means of transport: catamaran on the way out, and a speedboat for coming back, or vice versa. We first went on a catamaran, stopping before reaching Playa Palmilla (where we spent most of the day and had lunch) and then we took the speedboat to go to Isla Saona Palmilla, where we landed on Catuano Beach .
