Transformed into a walk
The Partida dels Tints appeared in this area around the XIX century, at the mouth of the river Riquer where the first construction began for hydraulic facilities for textile mills of Alcoy. The wealth of water sources in the area were used by industries for dyeing fabrics, etc. The factories have moved so this river area has been restored and transformed into a walk. Although I recall fireplaces scattered throughout the canyon reminiscent of the city's industrial history.
