In the middle region of the Guadalhorce, this town combines tranquility with an interesting artistic heritage. The figure of the Sacred Heart of Jesus on a nearby summit sits in the fertile plain of the river Gudalhorce, sheltered by the mountains of Gibralmora and Gibralgalia. This peaceful town offers visitors ideal places for hiking, as well as places that evoke the past.
