Plaza de Toros

It's a 3rd category arena, with 8,268 seats, owned by the region of Antequera. It was constructed in the year 1848 leaving the top, a gallery with arches, wood until a recent reconstruction. It is 1 of the prettiest arenas in the world. It has a fantastic location, close to Paseo Real, landscaped mall that is the green center of the city. There is parking in the back of the square, in the gardens of Tito Pepe. Following the same in parallel there is parking next to the Parador. There is almost always no place to park, something that is difficult in Antequera. At dusk that zone is used for the youth movement, for which the council has enabled it.
