    A renowned inn

    Located opposite the small church in the Quadrado area, the Pousada Porto Bananas is just lovely, starting with its small garden that houses a cafe overlooking the square and its rooms - all really well decorated in a rustic style. The beds have mosquito nets, which gives the room a sophisticated air. The inn is highly recommended by Lonely Planet, particularly for couples on honeymoon, because of its beauty, tasteful decor, and great location close to the main beaches of Trancoso. It's lovely to sit in the cafe and enjoy this little piece of paradise.
