A large plaza with a lot of history
One of the most elegant squares of the city in a town which is a bit decadent. The square is located in the center of the old area and almost beside the Tower of Homage that are worth visiting like strolling through the gardens. In this vast expanse that forms Camoes Square, is the mother church known as St. Mary's church, the city hall facade is from the noble classical age front of the camera, a statue of D. Afonso first Duke of Bragança. In the Torre del Homenaje you can visit the Military Museum and from there see the beautiful views it offers of the city.
