In our May 2014 GS route by pts. Tour of the Pyrenees, we found this restaurant in B. de Luchon, belonging to the hotel of the same name. We were able to enjoy their menu and some dishes, beautifully prepared with ingredients of traditional local cuisine, good service, and good price-quality ratio.
