This restaurant in Benicassim serves excellent “calçots” (large green onions, grilled and served with romesco sauce). It’s a sinful pleasure, one that can only be had at the hands of chef José María. If it was a crime to produce delicious food, this place would get a life sentence. It’s located close to the beach and open year round. See you there!
