The Roe Buck Bay Hotel is one of the main hotels in Chinatown: The Oasis Bar, Sports Bar, La Perla's, inns and motels are included. It attracts travelers because of its budget prices, but, to be honest the place is pretty dingy, with minimum standards of hygiene and not always even that. Again, it all depends on your budget because the hostel is really the least expensive of the neighborhood!
