Sabbioneta Architecture

Sabbioneta is a small city of art located in the heart of the Mantovano region in Italy. It is a unique city that has star-shaped fortifications and incredible architectural sites. The Italians call it "the ideal city" and when you visit you will realize why! These pictures were taken more than three years ago, between 2005 and 2007, in different seasons and different lights. It is a great city to visit because it is also a region that is well known for its cuisine. The gastronomy is excellent and is firmly embedded in Italian culture.
