We visited this tailor on the recommendation of a friend who loved it.

There's nothing like dealing with someone who knows exactly what they're doing, and the people here are true professionals! The workmanship was magnificent! I had a dress for a wedding made and a couple of shirts too. The tailor didn't begin until she had asked every question imaginable and it turned out perfect. You negotiate a price, choose the fabric, and then get multiple test versions which will require you to visit the shop 3 or 4 times, but all within 24 hours.

The custom-made suits, shirts, and dresses in Hội An are tremendous. It’s something you absolutely MUST do and Silk Road is one of the best places to try. The service is magnificent. The girls are quick and attentive and they’ll make any shirt you like for around 20 Euros (to your exact measurement and in 24 hours, no less!). They also make very elegant and affordable dresses for women.
