A shaded campsite
If you're looking for a shaded campsite near Darwin, here you go! The large trees provide freshness to any traveler, protecting them from the heat of the dry season. Be careful, though; the place is nice, but it can be quite expensive to stay here. The sanitation blocks have been renovated and are well-kept, and there's a good-sized pool and barbecue places. My stay, however, wasn't great: I arrived in the middle of the monsoon season, and the heavy rains caused huge problems on the unpaved roads. So choose the right time of year to go!
