Spicy Indian food
For lovers of spicy Indian food, the Samrat is a good place to eat in the center of Liverpool. The service is acceptable and there is a wide variety of delicious dishes. What's nice is that the spices are used to enhance the flavor of the food, not hide it as so often happens. It felt like we were back in India! In addition, the décor is lovely. It's a good place to get transported out of Liverpool for an hour or two.
