Sighisoara

One of the most important traditional festivals in Sighisoara is the Fanfarelor Festival, taking place in early September. There are various concerts performed by typical Romanian folklore groups, plus a parade through the streets of the medieval old town over Saturday and Sunday. There are also craft markets in Plaza of the Museum , and an exhibition of musical instruments in the music school.
