Square, museum and clock tower
This square, old Plaza de Armas is a very nice place, but at the time we were there they were doing archaeological excavations and it was somewhat chaotic. The Municipal Museum of Archaeology is there and the former Sacred Art Museum of San Vicente Church. Another of the monuments that's really worth mentioning is the Clock Tower (Torre do Relógio), which dominates the Square of the Republic.
