The Martyrs Basilica

In the Chiado neighborhood and constructed in 1769 (after the earthquake) formerly, in the twelfth century, there was another church with the same name. Outwardly it doesn't attract too much attention but the inside has vault paintings by Pedro Alexandrine that have just been restored.
