The Petrificates Trees Waterfall

The Parque Natural de Tejeda, Alhama Almijara a place of incredible beauty, hidden in the forests and ravines. There are a multitude of waterfalls and streams that make their way among the rock formations of this natural landscape that is located between the provinces of Malaga and Granada. But one of the most amazing things that we found in this place is the waterfall of petrified trees. Some tree trunks got stuck here and over the years have been turned to stone. Hence the name of this waterfall, whose environment is one of the top rated in this area because of its uniqueness and beauty. Next to the waterfall is Funes cave, inside which water has shaped other curious creations in the stone walls.
