Reminiscent of the Last Supper

A few meters from the Church of the Serpent is the refectory, with a long dining table and benches carved into the stone. At the end of the table, at the bottom, there's a kind of watering hole that was used to press grapes and make wine. Near the refectory is a pantry with shelves carved into rock and a kitchen. This refectory maintains the tradition of the early Christian communities with shared moments of prayer and everyday activities such as group meal.
