Jazz bars, restaurants, and theaters

I never thought I'd be recommending a shopping center, but the Time Warner Center deserves it for a few reasons:

1. It has one of the most beautiful views in Manhattan: Columbus Circle, the only roundabout in the city, as well as Central Park and the skyscrapers around it.

2. At the entrance there are two huge, original statues by Botero

3. On the upper floors there are jazz bars, restaurants, and theaters. While technically a mall, it has nothing in common with the hyper-markets to which we have become accustomed.
