An a charming village

Tintin is a restaurant in the charming village of San Pedro la Laguna, on the shore of Lake Atitlan. It's one of the cheapest towns of Guatemala for tourists, you can stay for $2/night, eat for $3-4 at a great restaurant as there is lot of competition, the food is usually very good and the restaurants have friendly atmospheres. The Tintin is in a lush tropical garden, it has a few tables outside and a small room inside. Like the other restaurants it has no more than 10 tables, but it is one of the most popular for beers during the day. There are many hippies, people who do volunteer work in the surrounding villages and foreigners learning Spanish in language schools, in short, people who stay for weeks, months or even years.
