Toto Café & Bar

The Toto Café & Bar is in the Carmelites Plaza, right next to Velez-Malaga's City Hall that has a glass door that leads directly to City Hall's Courtyard, so it's very common to find politicians gathering in the area, talking about the "human and the divine." The atmosphere here is quite noisy in the mornings because it's always full of officials and neighbors who make a stopover for breakfast. At noon, the atmosphere is more relaxed, and even you can take advantage of cleaning your shoes because there's a place for that ancient craft that has almost disappeared. The specialty of the house is the avocado salad with ham and roasted peppers with cod.
