What a salad/meat buffet!
You can have a seemingly endless offer of a variety of meat at Tucanos. This Brazilian grill has 10 locations in states including Idaho, Utah, and New Mexico. The way it works is: you can grab food from the salad bar as many times as you’d like; using a cylinder divided into three equal parts (colored red, yellow and green like a traffic light), you’ll indicate to the servers that it’s okay to approach your table to offer you different kinds of meat. If you want them to keep coming, the green should be at the top. If you want them to stop, flip the cylinder so red is on top. The meat is incredibly savory! And it’s also fun to try meat like a chicken heart if you haven’t already done so.
