Very picturesque villages

Excellent

Nowadays, major roads and highways tend to overshadow the once-important small rural roads. The Dunblane - Braco path can be traveled by car or bicycle, or on foot, and lasts for about 25 km, traveling along the Allan Water, a tributary of the River Forth. You'll pass through some very picturesque villages like Ashfield, Braco and Kinbuck, cross the historic bridge at Cromlix, and see interesting historical sites like the old Braco Church. It took me about six years to finally get around to doing this route, and I'm delighted that I did
