A great place to visit
The Alcazaba de Trujillo is located in the highest part of the city on the hill named "Fox Head." Due to its location, it makes for an excellent viewpoint. From the esplanade of the castle you can enjoy a spectacular view of the entire town and its main monuments, as well as the extensive plains of Extremadura among which the Alcazaba is found.
