You can pay just 27 euros a head to sleep in a double room - a clean and fragrant room with all amenities, and a fully functional bathroom. You can park your car in the street outside the hotel for free. It is situated in a quiet and safe neighbourhood (it's a good idea to pick up a detailed map of the city centre). Problems: it's not in the centre, although the tram station is no more than a hundred metres away, and the tram will take you there in just over five minutes. There's no breakfast, and no cafes nearby. Some rooms open onto a busy avenue that may disturb your sleep. The reception staff can be a bit abrupt.
