1 review of Villanova Monteleone Square

Villanova Monteleone Square

The General Giovanni Casula Square is the main square of the village of Villanova Monteleone, where people gather to talk, and children play hide and seek, as is the case in most of the villages and towns in Italy. There is a fountain on one side of the square, and a couple of shops, a gelateria (ice cream) and a cheese shop selling typical products of the region. The perfect place to buy a souvenir from the depths of Italy! The people in Villanova are very friendly, and will advise you about the best local produce to buy. The town is so small that when my friends and I arrived it seemed to us that everyone looked at us as if we were a group of aliens.
