The first thing I thought, as a Spaniard who lives in a coastal spot and loves the see, is why did I travel so far for this beach? Then you are gifted with sunsets as spectacular as this, in front of Hilton Hawaiian Village Hotel, that leave you with your mouth open. Needless to say, that every good surf fan has to come here to practice, because here it isn't a sport but a lifestyle.
Even when very busy you still manage to see lots of beautiful fish in the deeper parts of it. Lots of activities like the trip on a boat that sails every other hour. Multicultural place and most of the local people are very hospitable. Lots of shopping, expensive but also there is very affordable shopping if you are good at finding the deals....
