Yes Pasta!

So, I'm Italian (from Italy) and I'm a bit used to being disappointed by supposedly-Italian restaurants I find abroad. When I was in Miami, I saw Yes Pasta! and its "100% Italian" sign so I figured I would take a chance and try it out. As the name suggests, pasta is the focus here and you can choose from a while variety of pasta like spaghetti, penne, linguine, or tagliatelle and one of 15 basic sauce which range from home-style tomato sauce to a mushrooms and truffle sauce of a sauce made with shrimp and asparagus. I can say from experience that when I closed my eyes and took a bite it felt like I was in Italy.
